FAQ
Where do you deliver?
Rose St. Studio delivers from our delivery collection throughout the greater Melbourne area and we deliver Monday to Friday. All orders must be placed the day before except for Monday deliveries, for which the deadline is Sunday prior. We do not offer same day delivery as we buy to order to ensure we source the freshest flowers possible.
Do you deliver subscription orders outside of Bayside?
To keep our subscription service running as efficiently as possible, we only deliver to the following Bayside areas:
Beaumaris, Black Rock, Brighton, Brighton East, Hampton, Hampton East, Highett, Sandringham
What happens if I’m not home for my subscription delivery?
Once the frequency and day of delivery is confirmed, we do prefer you to be home to receive your flowers. This is so we can ensure that they’re placed and ready for you to enjoy in their optimal state. You’ll receive a text message when your flowers are on their way, but if for some reason you can’t be home, we can leave them in a safe place away from sunlight and heat. If we can’t find a suitable spot to leave your flowers, we’ll call you to arrange a new delivery time.
What can I do if my flowers don’t arrive at the agreed time?
In the rare instance that you’ve not received your flowers, please contact Andrea on 0488 229 075 or email andrea@roseststudio.com.au and we’ll get straight onto it.
Can I collect my flowers?
No. Because we’re on the road most of the day doing deliveries, we can’t arrange pick up times. Just sit back and relax while we deliver them to you on your preferred day and to the bayside address of your choice.
Can I pick a delivery time?
While we can’t offer exact time choices, your delivery will arrive within a mutually agreed window between the hours of 10am - 5.30pm.
Can I make a change to my order?
Absolutely. Simply email andrea@roseststudio.com.au with any change requests.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, and bank transfer.
Is feedback invited?
100%. We welcome all feedback and would love to hear yours—the good, bad and ugly, though we strive to avoid the last two. If you’re ever unhappy with our service in any way, please let us know on delivery or as soon as possible thereafter so we can try and come up with a solution.
How can I help keep my flowers fresh?
Flowers are at their best for 5-7 days after being cut. To keep your flowers as fresh as possible, re-cut the stems at a 45° angle as soon as you unwrap them and change the water every few days. Your flowers will also benefit from the use of flower food which will be included with your delivery. It’s important to keep them away from direct sunlight and heat and instead place them in a cool environment. Most flowers will perform best if kept in temperatures between 10 and 15°c. You’ll receive a sachet of flower food and a bouquet care card with every delivery giving you step by step instructions on caring for your flowers.
I have pets. Which flowers are toxic to my cat and/or dog?
The following flowers are toxic to cats and dogs, so we strongly recommend you keep your pets away from them.
Cats
Asparagus Fern, Lillies, Calla Lillies, Delphiniums ,Tulips, Chrysanthemums, Peonies
Dogs
Amaryllis, Asparagus Fern, Lillies, Calla Lillies, Delphiniums, Tulips, Chrysanthemums, Peonies
If you do have these flowers in your home, we recommend you place them on a high table so they’re out of reach to pets. Please advise us if you have animals and do not want to receive the above flowers.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us via email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or our website.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Not always—the photos are indicative. As each of our designs is unique and dependent on the best flowers available at that particular time of the season, the arrangement you get will sometimes vary from the photos on our website. But rest assured, you’ll love what you get.
